The University of Toledo Law Review will begin considering submissions for Volume 59 in March 2027.

There is no subject matter preference, but articles between 15,000-25,000 words are preferred.

For Authors

The Toledo Law Review invites the submission of scholarly articles of legal merit. All text, including quotations and footnotes.The Toledo Law Review reserves the editorial privilege for articles accepted for publication regarding matters, including but not limited to, spelling, grammar, syntax, and citation accuracy.

The University of Toledo Law Review requests that you follow the standards set forth in The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (22nd ed).

Due to the large amount of submissions received by the Toledo Law Review, only authors of select manuscripts may be contacted for publication.
