All text, including quotations and footnotes.The Toledo Law Review reserves the editorial privilege for articles accepted for publication regarding matters, including but not limited to, spelling, grammar, syntax, and citation accuracy.

The University of Toledo Law Review requests that you follow the standards set forth in The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (22nd ed).
